To worship is to respond to all that is God with all that we are, to respond to his whole being with all our being. True Worship is not Egocentric, but theocentric (definition) which is centered on a supreme being who governs everything.
In the center of a stage I am not me, it's God and the idea is not that we have a good time, the idea is to please the Lord and give him the Glory. The biblically speaking concept of worship alludes with the character of exclusivity, that revitalizing dynamic change that occurs in close communion between the worshiper and God.
Worshiping is so wide and deep that it implies the totality of our life transformed and constantly renewed by the power of the Holy Spirit thanks to the work of Jesus Christ on the cross. In worship you must humble yourself it is important to kneel down and worship:
Revelation 4:10
The twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne.
The kneeling implies humility, awareness of unworthiness, genuine recognition that God fills everything in everything, that everything depends on Him and that He has all the power to change circumstances, it is in this sense that whoever, approaches God he must do so by taking full consciousness of who He is and what is your place.
It may be physically challenging or not, that is not relevant.
When the worshiper approaches God, he must do it as the word of God says
Psalm 51: 17
My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God will not despise.
When we worship God, we are not doing something in a vacuum, we are responding to something. To what? Well, to God, to everything that his word teaches us about Him. And we do that with everything we are and with everything we have
